Millie was pulled from a Pensacola shelter Jan 2011. She was placed in several foster homes only to be returned because Millie is very typical to her breed... stubborn.. But it appears maybe Millie was just waiting for the right home, one where her new owner would committ to her forever no matter how stubborn she is and she finally found that home. She is a beautiful 3 yr old Shih Tzu...
